Hi, I enjoyed the class, thank youš«¶š½ One question about birds of paradise, isn't the arms usually goes opposite right? I can bind with the opposite arms and that's usually what I've been learning and this was quite surprising for me. What's the reason behind for the opposite arm bind?

Hi Reina, Well observed! This is NOT Bird of paradise. It's the revolved version, which is for most of us quiet harder. It's simply another asana than bird of paradise that involves twisting and binding, squaring the hips and even more balance challenge.
